Which license covers the Tinnimo app?

Tinnimo uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). When you download Tinnimo from the App Store, that agreement sets the terms of your license to use the app. Tinnimo is the licensor.

How do purchases work?

Tinnimo is free to download. Tinnimo Plus is an optional in-app purchase sold by Apple, as a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple handles payment, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. See how to cancel.

Is Tinnimo medical advice?

No. Tinnimo is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, audiologist or other qualified professional. Information in the app and on this website is general and may not suit your situation.

See a doctor about any change in your hearing. See a doctor soon if your tinnitus started suddenly, is in one ear only, beats with your pulse, or comes with dizziness, ear pain or hearing loss. If your hearing drops suddenly, get seen within 24 hours.

How should you use sound safely?

Keep sound at a comfortable, low level. Tinnimo's volume limiter is on by default; if you turn it off or raise it, you are responsible for keeping the volume safe for your hearing. Stop using a sound if it causes discomfort.
