What should you include in your message?

Please don't send health details you'd rather keep private. We don't need them to help.

How do you restore Tinnimo Plus on a new iPhone?

Tinnimo has no account. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, so sign in with the same Apple ID, then open Tinnimo and go to Today › your avatar › Tinnimo Plus › Restore purchases. You can also tap Restore on the Tinnimo Plus screen, or "Restore Tinnimo Plus" when you first open the app.

Your check-ins, journal and mixes live on your old iPhone. They move to a new one through an iPhone backup or transfer, or with a Tinnimo backup file (see below).

How do you back up Tinnimo and restore it later?

Tinnimo has no account, so deleting the app deletes your journal. A backup file keeps it safe, and you can bring it back after you reinstall Tinnimo or move to a new iPhone.

  1. Save a backup: Today › your avatar › Settings › Data and privacy › Export my data. Choose Save to Files › iCloud Drive, or email it to yourself. Keep the file called "Tinnimo data" and the date.
  2. Restore it: Settings › Data and privacy › Restore from backup, or "I have an account" › Restore from a backup when you first open the app. Pick the "Tinnimo data" file. Tinnimo shows what's in it and asks before replacing anything.

Data and privacy shows when you last saved a backup. Tinnimo Plus doesn't need a backup: it comes back with your Apple ID.

How do you cancel a Tinnimo Plus subscription?

Apple manages subscriptions. On your iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Tinnimo.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Deleting the app or deleting your data doesn't cancel a subscription. If you have Plus, you can also start from Today › your avatar › Tinnimo Plus. See Apple's guide to cancelling a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple: request a refund from Apple.

How do you export or delete your data?

Everything you log stays on your iPhone. You're in control of it:

Deleting can't reach copies in your device backups or files you've shared. Read the privacy policy for details.

Can't afford Tinnimo Plus?

Write to us at support@tinnimo.com and ask for free access. In the app, you'll find the same option in Settings › About Tinnimo › Can't afford Plus? Relief, 12 sounds, breathing, check-ins and the first week of Quiet Mind are free for everyone.

Can you suggest a feature or report an error in a guide?

Yes, please. Email support@tinnimo.com. If you spot a mistake in one of our guides, tell us which sentence and we'll check it against the source.

Is Tinnimo medical support?

No. Tinnimo is a wellness app, not a medical device, and we can't give medical advice by email. For medical questions, please see your doctor or an audiologist.
