Tinnimo includes 18 sounds synthesized live on the phone, tone match and matched noise, sleep tools, 5 calm games, Quiet Mind (an 8-week course of 24 short lessons based on CBT for tinnitus), and 10-second check-ins that can become a one-page report for a doctor. It has no account, no ads and no tracking, and everything stays on the iPhone. Tinnimo is a wellness app, not a medical device, and its mascot is Coco, a snail whose shell spiral is a cochlea. It is free to download, with an optional Tinnimo Plus upgrade.
