What does Tinnimo do?
Tinnimo brings together the things that tend to help with tinnitus: gentle sound, better sleep, a calmer mind and a clearer picture of your days. Calm first, playful second.
-
Relief
One tap for a soft sound, 2 minutes of slow breathing, a small game to take your mind off it, or the sleep sound. Always free, and it works offline.
-
Sounds
18 sounds made live on your iPhone, from rain and ocean to white, pink, brown and grey noise. Mix layers, find your tinnitus pitch with tone match, and set a sleep timer.
-
Sleep
Wind down, a dark and quiet Sleep mode, a two-question morning check and a 7-night sleep chart. Control playback from the Lock Screen.
-
Play
5 calm games, such as Pond Ripples and Snail Trail, that gently move your attention away from the ringing. Short, gentle and easy to pick up.
-
Learn
Quiet Mind, an 8-week course of 24 short lessons based on CBT for tinnitus, plus guided exercises, tips and research summaries with honest evidence labels.
-
Track
10-second check-ins and a journal. After 14 check-ins, insights compare your days to show patterns, not proof. Make a one-page report for your doctor.
-
Privacy
No account, no ads, no tracking and no microphone. Everything you log stays on your iPhone, and you can export or delete it any time.
